چکیده: 

صنایع فراساحل جزء صنایع برزگ و استراتژ یک می باشد و از این رو پیاده کردن یک سیستم اجرایی و مهندسی دقیق و منظم از اولین مرحله طراحی سازه های فراساحلی تا نصب و بهره برداری از آنها بسیار حایز اهمیت است. در این مقاله سعی بر آن شده است کلیه فرآیندهای مهندسی که عبارتند از: مهندسی پایه (Basic)، مهندسی جزئیات (Detail)، مهندسی ساخت (Construction) و مهندسی نصب (Installation) که با توجه به پیشرفت پروژه و نیازهای آن به صورت مرحله ای اجرا می شوند معرفی و بررسی گردد.

This paper investigates the effect of moisture content on interface shear strength between offshore clay and steel plate. Although, sensitive and high plasticity offshore clay deposits are widely distributed in Malaysia and many other countries in the world, and steel is a vital construction material for many structures, research works on interaction between offshore clay and steel surface are relatively scarce. This study aims to evaluate interface shear strength of offshore clay with various steel surfaces, namely smooth, rough, and corroded. To achieve such aim, direct shear tests were conducted to assess the effect of moisture content and surface roughness on the interface shear strength. The normal stresses were ranged to be 50, 100, and 150 kPa. It was found that, the interface shear strength of offshore clay with rough steel significantly increased by almost 1.5 folds. It was further discovered that, addition of water content induced a progressive decrease in the interface shear strength. In summary, it has been observed that rough steel surface higher than the smooth and corroded steel surface enables a better interaction with offshore clay, enhancing the interface friction angle. The results developed in this research work can contribute a cost-effective design of structures in offshore clay.

Iranian offshore oil and gas platforms are mostly located in the Persian Gulf. Technical and environmental challenges resulted from an off-design running condition of processes on a platform are important issues. The weakness of strategies to stop or decrease the amount of greenhouse gas emission production rate in the Persian Gulf; which is intensively increasing, is another matter of concern. modern methods of energy generation from available renewable potentials near offshore platforms are suggested. Integration of renewable energy converters with offshore oil and gas platforms can solve both problems with machinery and environment to an acceptable extent. In this study, the economics of the Soroush offshore complex is subjected to two scenarios. The first scenario defines the present condition in which the total power demand of the complex is supplied by burning the associated extracted natural gas on board the platform in its thermal power plant and the second scenario considers a wind farm located near Bardekhun in Bushehr province to be connected to the complex power network and shares its renewable source generated power with the platform. The economics of both scenarios are compared in terms of total annual power cost. The second scenario shows more beneficial, although there are some conservative assumptions included due to a shortage of data and limitations.

Reliability of a system is the probability that it will function as intended for the required period of time. The opposite of reliability is failure probability per unit time or over time, such as a life cycle. Following a review of existing reliability codes and approaches, comprehensive approaches to assess the reliability of offshore structures are described, including probabilistic analysis by employing fault tree model.

IN THIS PAPER, THE RELIABILITY ANALYSIS OF THE OFFSHORE PLATFORM STRUCTURES IS DESCRIBED. THE STRUCTURES ARE UNDER THE PRESSURE OF VARIOUS IMPOSED LOADS AND ALSO UNDER THE NON-GAUSSIAN DYNAMIC WIND AND WAVES CHARGES. IN ORDER TO PERFORM THE ANALYSIS, A METHOD BASED UPON THE NOTION OF OUT-CROSSING IS USED WITH THE DIRECTIONAL SIMULATION IN THE LOADING AREA IS PROPOSED. PRECISE AND DEFINITE RESULTS OF ACCIDENTAL GAUSSIAN PROCESSES WERE USED BY REPETITION TO ESTIMATE THE OUTCROSSING RATE OF NON-GAUSSIAN PROCESSES OF WAVE AND WIND CHARGES, AND FINALLY THE STRUCTURES DESTRUCTION POSSIBILITY WITHIN A PARTICULAR PERIOD WILL BE FOUND. IN ORDER TO EVALUATE THE RESULTS GAINED BY THE MENTIONED STRATEGY, THE ACCIDENTAL PROCESSES OF WIND AND WAVE CHARGES ARE PRODUCED BY USING THE MONTE CARLO SIMULATION METHOD AND BY IMPLEMENTING THIS METHOD ON THE STRUCTURES THE POSSIBILITY OF THE STRUCTURES DESTRUCTION WILL BE RESOLVED. UNFORTUNATELY, AS EXPECTED, THE SIMULATION OPERATION OF THE PROCESSES INVOLVED IN THE STRUCTURES ANALYSIS IS VERY COSTLY IN THE POINT OF VIEW OF TIME AND MASS AMOUNT AND THERE ARE SOME LIMITS TO ITS IMPLEMENTATION. IN THE FOLLOWING SAMPLE, IT WILL BE INDICATED THAT THE ACCURACY OF THE PROPOSED STRATEGY OF CALCULATING THE POSSIBILITY OF THE STRUCTURES DESTRUCTION BY THE NOTION OF OUTCROSSING AND USING THE MENTIONED APPROXIMATION ARE COMPLETELY COMPATIBLE WITH THE RESULTS OF THE MONTE CARLO SIMULATION. ALSO, THE CALCULATION OPERATION VOLUME NEEDED IN THE PROPOSED METHOD IS MUCH LESS THAN THE MENTIONED SIMULATION METHOD.
